EASY! buddy x Ongtong Khaosoi

Project Background

This project is a three-month collaboration campaign between Ongtong Khaosoi, a fast-growing Northern Thai food restaurant chain in Thailand known for its popular Khao Soi, and EASY! buddy, a premium wok-style restaurant known for its best-in-town beef Pad Kraprao. During this campaign, they co-created a few menus carrying both restaurants' signatures and served them at their restaurants for three months.

Challenge

Ongtong Khaosoi and EASY! buddy required brand collateral and promotional materials to communicate this campaign through their social platforms and at their storefronts. The restaurants needed these materials to combine the signature styles of the two restaurants, represented the brands' boldness and Thai-ness, and stayed coherent across all mediums.

Solution

Utilizing the logo identities and the primary colors of Ongtong Khaosoi (yellow) and EASY! buddy (red and blue), additional with the storytelling collage combining elements representing both brand on the campaign promotional materials enabled us to create the work that spoke for both brands and was able to be recognized by the target audience.
